I don't understand the numbering system when they schedule patients by the hour. They're inconsistent with each other and it's pointless. Not everyone has the entire day off to spend their time at the clinic despite having an hourly appointment, and when you arrive, there are X people ahead of you because you still have to take a number. It's pathetic!

It's a disaster! There's no way to get through by phone, and there's no option to register a sick child at the window because they're all sold out. Please come back tomorrow and try to register—how can you? There are no more numbers for tomorrow either. As always, there's always the private option.

Dr. Lidia dedicates a lot of time to her patients, and I appreciate that. It's great that there's a doctor who tries to help. But when it comes to waiting times, it's a nightmare. At the reception desk, the ladies give me a number and, of course, an estimated time. I arrived on time for my appointment, scheduled for 3:40 PM, and there were four people ahead of me because the doctor left the clinic and returned an hour and a half later. I came in just after 6:00 PM 🤨 I understand if this was the first time, but I was there in April with a sinus infection and a terrible headache, and the delay was 2 hours and 20 minutes. People are asking for a clinic that accepts patients based on their endurance. Will they wait or get bored and give up? It's a mockery of sick and suffering people. I don't know if this is normal.

Dr. Ostrowska is the only doctor I've met in years who doesn't treat people as objects. She's warm, helpful, always smiling, and gives each patient the time and attention they deserve. She's very detailed, and I enjoy going to her. She's simply human. The nurses always answer the phone, and you don't have to wait an hour in line on the hotline like you do at other clinics. The only thing they should do is schedule patients less often, as the waiting list at the clinic is very long. However, you can count on her help in emergencies.

The pediatrician is great (she doesn't take her time with the patient, she devotes only the necessary attention, hence the frequent delays). Registration is a disaster. There's one young woman there (I gather from her voice) who answers the phone, says there are no spaces, and that's it (because what more can I say? She clearly understands that if you answer a ringing phone and say there are no spaces, there's one less person calling). The others, when they do answer, get offended and stop mid-sentence – neither we nor they have any control over the number of spaces, but personal etiquette is a separate issue. I once had a situation where they refused to admit an unregistered child with a fever, but when a doctor has hundreds of children registered and often stays until 8 p.m., I'm not surprised... It's more the fault of the state, the National Health Fund, etc., not this particular place. The emergency room says that you have to go to the doctor during primary care hours, but the doctor says there are no available places, and that's how it goes around the world... Recently, I even received information that apparently you can somehow require a declaration/registration about refusing treatment/admission/providing assistance, but as long as there are relatively available "private" pediatricians, there's probably no point in struggling.
