A complete mockery of the patient. I tried to schedule an appointment with a surgeon through the hotline, spent 30 minutes in line, was first in line, and for another 15 minutes, nothing changed. Finally, I went in person. There was zero traffic at the clinic, and the receptionist didn't answer the phone, even though she had time. It seems no one bothers to answer the phone. It's a waste of time. If you can't answer the phone, change the system or hire someone competent. This is no way to treat patients.

This is a communist relic. I avoid extremely radical opinions but in this case it is impossible to do otherwise. Telephone contact does not exist, after waiting in the queue and reaching the first position the connection is broken. A place for absolute liquidation or a change of company policy, which is not something to count on. One star is still much too much.

I don't recommend it. I got a referral for a Doppler, took time off work, and sat there for two hours to be seen. The best part is, the surgeon didn't do a Doppler, he just examined my hand. I'm wondering how the family doctor could have not known what the referral was for. Most of the women at the reception desk are rude; they lost my file, which included all my referrals and tests from other clinics. I'm not saying every doctor or nurse there is bad, but most are.
