An hour's delay. People are still ahead of me, I'm rushing to work. The doctor sits in her office and doesn't see a single patient for half an hour. A woman came in with her entire family, the kid started crying, and finally the doctor came out and invited the woman into the office. Of course, she was last in line. What a joke. As if a father couldn't stay home with his child, who would take their child to the clinic unnecessarily? Especially since the child was loud, and the doctor wasn't a pediatrician, so not everyone wants to listen to screams. Complete disrespect for patients.

Not a serious approach to the patient. You make an appointment, she reschedules several times, and as a result, she no longer knows when she'll be able to see you. Ridiculous. I don't recommend it.
