  I'll rate the maternity ward here – clean, tidy, the nurses were spot on, the doctors were okay. The food was also okay, everything was edible. However, the ward nurse... rub salt into the wound. I don't recommend anyone interacting with this woman – she's rude, condescending, and makes you want to stop. And this happened not just on one day, but throughout my entire stay.

  I was a patient at this hospital until this morning, specifically in the urogynecology department headed by Professor Surkont. I am incredibly impressed by the work, commitment, warmth, and empathy of the entire team. No question was left unanswered, no request was ignored. The care and attention are top-notch, from the Professor to the nurses and ancillary staff. I bow low and thank you. ♥️ May there be more departments like this, and above all, people with such big hearts. ♥️

  My mom died after 5 days in the internal medicine ward. We took my mom to the hospital because of low potassium. Upon arrival, a rude porter shouted that we were entering the emergency room from the wrong side. Then came the terrible doctor who admitted my mom (kindly!!!!!!!!) to the internal medicine ward. I will never forget and will never forgive how nervously she examined my mom, the look in her eyes that my mom was in diapers. I knew then that my mom would not receive proper care, and that's exactly what happened. The next day she was already belted, quiet, possibly hungry, because she wouldn't have been able to reach the table on her own. On the third or fourth day, my mom was losing consciousness, even though the doctor claimed everything was fine. They only unbuckled her belt when her sisters and brother were there. My mom stopped talking, she was so stuffed with sedatives... The discharge summary states: Hydroxyzine and Relanium. On Friday, with all her remaining strength, she asked my sister for a piece of bread and butter. During those 5 days, none of the siblings saw my mommy's blood pressure, fever, saturation, pulse, when they gave her potassium, how quickly, no nutritional drip, because she certainly couldn't eat on her own. My mommy suffered from heart failure, hypertension, thyroid, diabetes, dementia. Why... because she was an older, sick, defenseless mother, grandmother, great-grandmother. Even if her time had come... If it were too late to help her... It would have been easier, but it isn't because my mommy didn't have that care, she couldn't even put her hands under her head because she was strapped in with a belt, and she always was. she was sleeping😪😪😪😪😪 KARMA will come back someday, Mr. Doctor

  I was in the urology ward due to kidney stones, and I was truly impressed with the care I received. The nurses were literally angels, always smiling, helpful, and full of empathy. The doctors were very professional, precise, and, most importantly, trustworthy. Everything was explained calmly, and I felt I was in good hands. Thank you so much for your care ♥️
