  I'm impressed with the organization at this facility – each client has a unique number, which is displayed on a screen next to each office, indicating the order of their appointments. It's a great solution. I've had two visits to the Polyclinic – once I was treated very well, immediately sent for several check-ups (EKG, blood draw, etc.). Another time, the visit lasted literally a minute and a half, and the anesthesiologist seemed in a hurry. Even though I had technically taken care of the matter, I felt very unwelcome and didn't even have time to inquire about my upcoming procedure. Furthermore, even though I arrived 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment, it turned out I was actually about to go in because my number was displayed (meaning the appointments were significantly earlier than scheduled). I wonder if if I had arrived 5 minutes later (still ahead of schedule!), I would have been bypassed because I'd jumped the queue. Another major drawback is that despite the ample parking lots at both the Polyclinic and adjacent facilities, parking is always a problem. I arrived for my morning appointment around 7 a.m. and there were still plenty of spaces, but by the time I left around 8 a.m., finding a parking space was practically impossible. Overall, my impressions of the visits were positive, as I managed to get everything I needed, but a slight sour taste remained.

  It was a disaster. Doctors with a dismissive attitude towards the patient's illness. Every week, we took my dad on trips, as if they were going on vacation, because they didn't even take him to the ward. They made no progress during that entire three and a half months. This is specifically about oncology, where time is a killer. As it turned out, my dad had malignant pancreatic cancer. The doctors knew the tumor was on the head of the pancreas, which is very dangerous and requires quick action. After a PET scan, the doctor flatly stated he didn't know if it was cancer. My dad was supposed to have a biopsy, but after going to the doctor who was supposed to perform it, he said he wouldn't do it because my dad had infiltrations and sent him back. They only took up precious time when we could have been working. They were just waiting for the problem to resolve itself, as we know the prognosis for pancreatic cancer is poor. We transferred to the Elbląg Provincial Hospital, which was the best decision. There's no comparison. Doctors who truly wanted to help and did everything in their power. Within a week, they took a biopsy and had the results. Even though the doctor didn't know it was cancer, it was too late. However, they did everything they could to improve my dad's quality of life, and we knew he was receiving the best care. I'm writing this so that what happened to us won't happen to anyone else, and maybe someone will have a better ending than my late dad.

  A professional facility. Long lines at registration—you just have to be aware of that. Other than that, I highly recommend it. Getting out of the car in the parking lot, I had the impression it was Leśna Góra.

  The sign surprised me a bit... I was supposed to report to the registration desk, but the sign said RECEPTION. The hospital facility is top-tier.

  A gastroenterologist who "doesn't deal" with digestive symptoms? It's hard to imagine a more absurd situation. Unfortunately, that's exactly what this visit was like. No diagnosis, no willingness to help, no basic information on what to do next. The doctor didn't ask a single question during the visit, sat there, reading test results as if for punishment, and then declared he wouldn't do anything. It's a waste of time if anyone wants to seek advice from this facility under the National Health Fund. I DO NOT RECOMMEND
