  Unfortunately, my opinion of this clinic is VERY negative. Today was the third time I was denied an appointment with a doctor. My health condition required a consultation no later than the next day, not an appointment two weeks later or a teleconsultation six days later. Twice before, due to a lack of available appointments, I was forced to seek help at the hospital in Tczew (the so-called "white house"), as the clinic couldn't provide medical care within a reasonable time. At the reception desk, I was told that since there were no available appointments and I didn't want to wait two weeks, I should simply go to the hospital. This shifting of responsibility between the hospital and the patient is a misunderstanding and should not be allowed in primary care. Furthermore, the communication style of the receptionists leaves much to be desired – conversations are conducted in a rude and dismissive manner, which only deepens the frustration of the patient seeking help.

  Unfortunately, in my opinion, it doesn't even deserve a 1-star rating, and it's not about the staff's attitude or the visits, although there are long waits. It's about the behavior of the pseudo-owner of this facility. He's overbearing and unkind to people. Being an owner doesn't give you the right to treat people like dirt. A more civilized attitude would be helpful in such a position. What kind of owner runs a facility like this? I don't congratulate you. Running a facility like this requires being a human being, not a person, because I rarely get nasty comments. Regarding the comment about the ambulance damage, if this comment applies to me, I think there's something wrong. Firstly, I wasn't even in the parking lot, I just wanted to back out before entering the parking lot, i.e., in front of the gate. The fact that the owner was in a hurry and couldn't wait for me to back out and just started honking at me demonstrates a lack of civility, unfortunately. There was no ambulance next to me; there are cameras to check, but baseless slander is inappropriate. You really need to use some common sense before writing something. Secondly, how can you write about someone you have no idea who was driving? It wasn't my husband, it was me. So sometimes you have to accept opinions with humility, not arrogance.

  One star is too much! It's not even a bad rating. The worst clinic in town! If you want to get into a family practice, you have to know a week in advance that you'll be sick... The ladies in the treatment room are smarter than the doctors, rude and insolent – ​​and very clever. They take your temperature on your forehead immediately after entering from the cold outside, where your body is already hypothermic. They send you (with a fever after vomiting) to work on equipment for a fortune, where one mistake can result in the death of a co-worker or severe disability... and after a combo test, you're surprised to find you have the flu!

  Doctors are not nice, they are nasty, they don't know how to be nice or sympathetic to people. I feel sorry for the elderly and sick people who go there. One of the doctors, over 30, was not nice to my girlfriend, and he was not nice at all to an elderly woman. People like that are not tolerated. Someone should finally do something about it because this is too much.

  This clinic is a disaster. I called today, Monday, to register with a doctor, and the receptionist said there are no appointments left for this week. I'm supposed to call on Thursday and they'll register me for next week. I'm sick today... It's a disaster ☹️
