This is NOT fine. I came with borreliosis. The doctor recommended one antibiotic, then gave a referral for another. I called the administration. The phone went dead with no explanation (I had chosen the English line). I called again. They promised to call me back. They didn’t. I insisted. They kept dropping the call, asking for “five more minutes.” Then they told me to explain the situation all over again. What were the five minutes for? After all this waiting “Come next week.” I am tired and sick. I had to push. Eventually, they said: “Doctor says it’s fine.” I don’t think it is fine. Not because I expect much, but because there are pottential risks of complications for borreliosis if it is not treated correct. Yougo to doctor for clarity not confusion. I am not a doctor. I don’t know if the antibiotics were equivalent. But I paid 320 PLN for a service that left me uncertain, and had to visit another clinic the next day. “This is fine,” they said. But it’s not.

Had an appointment today on 9:00 via znany lekarz with pediatritian. When we came it turned out that there's another patient on this time, and the administrator did nothing, nobody said even sorry to me. They just refused to admit us and told me that the situation like this has happened already several times. I'm shocked and absolutely disappointed. And the reply of the center to my review is not true. Nobody proposed me another time nor the doctor, nor the administrator.
