I had an exceptional experience at Allmed Katowice today for my driving license medical. The staff, especially the receptionists, were incredibly friendly and professional. Even as a foreigner, they clearly explained every step and provided seamless service. Highly recommended for their excellent customer care

Never wrote a google review in my life but this clinic really made me want to write my first review. As a non polish speaker, anxiety triggers whenever you are seeking any service in Poland but at this clinic you should feel comfortable and safe because they are welcoming and they speak english. From the front desk to the doctors. Many thanks to the specialist (i will not mention her name) who helped with the health problem i was having. I will be paying a visit to this clinic first if i have any health issues.

I went there a while back and well... the place claims to be a Transgender friendly space and yet I felt a very hostile attitude towards me from the lady stationing in room number 7. I was nothing but nice and polite but it was clear she wanted me out of there as soon as possible which is weird because she was really friendly towards other patients. She didn't bother to explain a thing about the papers she handed to me and I had to find out what to do with them from the other patients. Two stars because the ladies from the reception were incredibly nice and helpful but if not them I'd leave 1 star in a heartbeat.

Waiting time to connect with reception is more than 1 hour (only 3 person in front of me). Mobile phone is either busy or nobody picks up.

If you love wasting your time, this is definitely place for you! Waiting time for anything here is outrageous... Plus they're not answering the phone...
