  I had a terrible experience trying to book a 24-hour Holter blood pressure monitor. The first available date was January 28th, and on January 27th, they called me to change the date of the appointment because they had a problem with the machine they were supposed to put on me. The next available date is today, February 5th. This morning, PolMed in Gdansk called me to tell me again that there was a problem with the Holter machine. I permanently canceled the appointment, filed a complaint, and now I'm booking another medical center. Waste of time.

  I wish I could give zero stars .. between a doctor who yelled at me and threaten me out of her office… another doctor who clearly wouldn’t listen to his patient .. but the absolute worst is the reception staff who clearly don’t know what they are doing , they tell you wrong information, hang up on you on the phone , take days to call you back , refuse any help or explanation , send you to the wrong places , schedule you for test not on your referral .. the diagnostic center also tells you incorrect information , one day you need one sample and the next day it’s apparently four samples , they also read the referral wrong a blood test became a urine test … customer service also does nothing to assist .. they tried to be kind and help but took four days to find a solution to their mistake and booked me an appointment for a place in Warsaw and we are in krakow

  Very nice clinic, It’s also possible to set the appointment for the same day. However, non all of the medical staff seems to be nice (based on my experience). Also, the patients are pushing into the queue😡. Which isn’t nice and results in delays of appointment. Edit: Despite of the fact that I’ve been waiting 45 minutes for my appointment some of my patients (who were signed up for later hour) enter the room before me, after a talk with receptionists (who didn’t seem to care about the issue) the situation has not changed. This situation is embarrassing for the institution as I was waiting only for basic appointment. I’m about to write a proper complaint for the whole staff.

  Very clean and pretty place. Apart the receptionist could not write down my surname correct from my Polish ID, everything was good. The appointment was on time. The doctor was good, explaining a lot everything what I was asking about.

  US Tourist, in Krakow. in need of a controlled substance Medication, I walk-in a Thursday before 0800. No appointments were available but one of 2 mangers authorized the visit 1600 Friday - after hours; Both Managers speak English well - one better than FM of 🇵🇱. Triage is conducted by Mgrs given high volume of patients so it is NOT first come first serve. Doc was highly competent; She got me a bar-code Prescription based on my documents. Filled it in 30 minutes nearby. Rate: 10 of 10! Thanks Polmed (Other EU countries often won fill a US Prescription FYI.)
