I have visited this facility several times for blood tests. During my last two visits, I had an unpleasant experience with a young nurse responsible for taking blood. On the first occasion, she told me, while looking at me, “We are in Poland, we don’t speak English.” Given my health situation, this was distressing and unprofessional. She then ignored me, and fortunately an older nurse stepped in and performed the procedure properly. On the second occasion, the same nurse was assigned to take my blood. She communicated in a very aggressive manner, giving instructions only in Polish , for example telling me to clench my fist. I understand basic instructions, but the way they were delivered was unnecessarily harsh and stressful. I believe that healthcare staff should demonstrate basic empathy, professionalism, and a sense of responsibility toward patients, especially those in vulnerable health situations.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in my life. I have a serious skin condition that needs to be diagnosed. After waiting almost a month for the appointment, the doctor refused to see me because she doesn’t speak English. I begged her to help me, explaining that it was my only day off and that my girlfriend could assist as a translator. I’m in pain and need help, yet they still refused to assist me. They gave me another appointment on a day when I no longer have any days off, and I had to travel from another city just for this appointment. One of the worst experiences of my life.

I will never recommend Pol med poznan center. Most of the doctors doesn't speak English but they might give information like " speak English". It's happened 2nd time.If you are booking appointment via luxmed or Medicover , they might say the doctor speak English in Pol med. But the doctors are giving fake documents in the system. And also the receptionist was very rude. They will that you should come with someone who speak Polish language. And they won't say this in a kind way.
