Can't get through. No phone calls for over a week.

Registration is a nightmare. I tried to register with a doctor two days in a row, but to no avail. One of the women was exceptionally rude and rude (I don't know, maybe it's time to look for a job that doesn't require contact with other people 😉 l). I should add that it's impossible to get through by phone either. I don't recommend it if you value your time.

The reception desk is a joke. After calling to report that I urgently needed an appointment due to severe pain, I was informed that only emergencies are registered at 10 a.m. and that I should take a nap and come back tomorrow. Zero patient care, I'm incredibly sorry, and karma is coming back.

The reception desk is a disaster. Getting through is often almost impossible. Ms. Lilia Laszczyk doesn't seem to know why she's there, can't provide any information, and is generally rude.

Why don't the ladies there answer the phone? Is it some kind of joke or do they drink coffee for a long time in the morning? They'll answer faster in Eskulap. What a disaster.
