The hospital in Braniewo deserves the highest praise. The medical staff demonstrates exceptional courtesy, kindness, and care for patients, ensuring a calm and trusting atmosphere. I had the opportunity to be at the hospital from Sunday to Thursday, and throughout that time, I was greeted with immense kindness and complete dedication from the entire staff. The nurses were always available for assistance, always with a smile and kindness. The attendants are wonderful women who greeted us in the room each day with cheerfulness and friendly smiles, creating a warm atmosphere. I would like to express my special thanks to the surgeon, Dr. Staskiewicz, and the entire staff for the excellent care they provided me before, during, and after my surgery. There were complications during the procedure, but the team handled them with complete professionalism and calm, which gave me a tremendous sense of security. ❤️ Over the past few days, many patients who had undergone surgical and orthopedic procedures passed through the room where I was. All of them, whom I had the opportunity to spend time with, were also very satisfied with the professionalism of the staff and the quality of care. Best regards, ladies! ❤️ The hospital is 160 km away, but if I were to plan another surgical or orthopedic procedure in the future, I would return to Braniewo without a second thought. ❤️ The hospital has its own kitchen, which is highly commendable – all meals, breakfast, lunch, and dinner, were prepared with great care, and their flavor was truly wonderful and rich, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I would also like to thank the ladies working in the kitchen for their excellent work and the heart they put into every meal. ❤️ The hospital's interior is very well-kept and clean, further underscoring the high standard of organization and attention to hygiene. I wholeheartedly recommend this hospital to anyone looking for professional, friendly, and caring care. ❤️ I simply thank each and every one of you for your kindness at every stage. ❤️ The good returns, and I wish it returns to you all with double the force. ♥️ Thank you!! The entire surgical staff is very, very empathetic. I've been in and out of hospitals for a long time, but I've never encountered such kindness from the staff anywhere else. Thank you for the wonderful care.

I would like to sincerely thank the entire team at the Surgery Department for the professional care, kindness, and empathy I received during my stay. From admission to discharge, I felt cared for and safe. The doctors are true specialists – professional, thorough, and with a human touch. The nurses and the entire nursing staff are irreplaceable, always smiling, helpful, and patient. The procedure went smoothly, and the healing and recovery process was constantly monitored. The conditions in the department were clean and comfortable. Thanks to you, I recovered faster, and with a smile on my face. Call, you won't get through on Sundays... as if they were overloaded with work... they sit and discuss private matters, and you call and call. Tragedy.

The internal medicine ward is a disaster! The nurses and staff are great, but the two "doctors" undergoing specialization are a complete disaster! They yell at patients, provide absolutely no information, and are offended that family or patient inquires. One of them locks herself in a room from the inside to avoid being disturbed. They don't check on patients, don't inform them about medications, and when family inquires, they even yell at the family! Arrogance at its highest level. One can only sympathize with the people forced to stay there!
