  What is the receptionist at the gynecology clinic getting paid for? It's definitely not for answering the phone. I called during the posted hours to make an appointment with a gynecologist, and despite the ringing tone, no one answered. It's ridiculous to have been calling for two hours and not getting through. A complaint has been submitted to the National Health Fund.

  My experience at this clinic is that once you get past the reception desk, the visit with ophthalmologist Halina Grabek makes the phone call worthwhile. I've been seeing this doctor for many years and am grateful for her patience, thoroughness, and effective treatment. I'd also like to extend my sincere gratitude to Dr. Hanna Grabek-Kujawa for her gentleness and wonderful approach to children. My grandson loves his eye exams, even though he used to cry and stress before his appointment with the ophthalmologist.

  On the day of the appointment, the doctor doesn't show up. An hour of waiting, a crowd outside the office, and no one knows anything. The receptionist downstairs doesn't provide any information because the ENT department has its own reception desk, which is closed. What a waste of time.
