⸻ I DEFINITELY DO NOT USE THE PRODUCT!!! Despite having a valid prescription, I was prescribed the wrong lenses, which were absolutely unsuitable for wear. When I tried to file a complaint, I was treated outrageously – the doctor was rude, arrogant, and tried to intimidate me by threatening me with his lawyer. There was no accountability, empathy, or willingness to resolve the issue. The service was abysmally poor, and the atmosphere was downright hostile. The entire situation was shocking and deeply disappointing – especially since it's about your health, which is absolutely crucial. I strongly advise against using the services of this facility.

I showed up for my appointment after making a prior phone appointment. I was surprised when the unpleasant Cow informed me that I wasn't on her carelessly maintained list, repeatedly underlined with correction fluid. I verified the appointment by phone, and there were no discrepancies. She didn't suggest another date, and she had it scheduled for me. Dr. Kosiński, you are a respected professional, but your customer service is a complete mess.

Encouraged by the positive reviews, I gave in. And it was a very bad decision. I recently registered for an appointment at this facility by phone. I was a bit surprised by the quick turnaround, but the receptionist informed me that a patient had withdrawn and a spot had opened up. Two days later, I showed up at the appointed time with a referral, and imagine my surprise when the receptionist informed me that I wasn't on the list for today. I asked how this was possible, since I'd registered for a specific date and time two days ago. I received no logical answer. I asked what I should do now, since I'd traveled from a town almost 80 km away, and whether I could still be seen by a doctor. I don't remember the exact response, but it sounded like something out of a S. Bareja movie: "You're not registered, you're not on the list, and what will you do to me?" Well, I didn't do anything, took my referral, and left the office in a huff. I don't blame anyone for forgetting to make an appointment. It's human to err. I do, however, have a serious complaint about the rude and brusque way they try to cover up their own mistakes. In a civilized facility, the staff would admit their mistake, try to smooth things over, and allow someone who traveled 80 km to get tested to see a doctor. I'm not commenting on the doctor's qualifications and expertise, but I do have my own reservations, as he previously fitted the wrong lenses for my glasses, requiring me to visit the optician twice to have them replaced. However, I can comment on the customer service at this facility, which leaves much to be desired. Locals might be tempted. I advise against it for visitors. You might, like me, waste your time and money.

Professional advice, friendly service, competitive prices, a very nice receptionist recommended great glasses, which I am very happy with, I didn't have to wait too long for the frames I ordered. Nothing more, nothing less, I highly recommend it!!
