  I came in with a referral to have my stitches removed, and the nurse wouldn't give me five minutes because she was sipping tea and said she was finishing work soon. Ideally, I should come back the next day, but she didn't know what time. Everyone has responsibilities at work, and I believe that doctors and nurses are there for their patients. If I came in with a problem, I expected help, not to be sent away when there were no patients.

  I've been using Prima-Med's services for a long time, and I've always encountered politeness, calm, and professionalism. Both the reception staff and the doctors (laboratory, occupational medicine, gynecology, internal medicine, cardiology) are empathetic, focused, and very competent. This is one of the friendliest clinics in the area: ✔ clean ✔ peaceful ✔ no chaos ✔ doctors with extensive experience and dedication A huge plus for the reception staff—they're always helpful: they return calls, find a convenient appointment, and inform about delays. Simply put, they're polite and friendly. I've used both the LuxMed package and private appointments—and the quality has always been excellent. Since moving from the city center, it's a bit further away, but the comfort has definitely increased. And the prices? Lower than in Góra Kalwaria or Warsaw—though, of course, private treatment is expensive everywhere. At least here, you know what you're paying for. I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic. The parking lot is spacious and you can always find a space.

  I visited an endocrinologist, my test results worsened, I feel tired, the doctor advised me to rest and changed the dosage of the medication, he said he couldn't write me a sick leave and told me to go to a different family doctor, even though I've been seeing him for a year and I've never taken sick leave before.

  The clinic itself was okay. However, I encountered the worst doctor I've ever seen. Dr. Rózanski, a gastroenterologist, came in with ready-made results for celiac disease, which my family doctor diagnosed and referred me to a gastroenterologist. This gastroenterologist had absolutely no idea what the disease was or how it works. No history, and from what I could gather from the results I presented, he told me I should see a hematologist. I changed gastroenterologists, and the next one knew what he was dealing with.

  One star less only because the clinic is further from the center of Warka. The staff is very friendly. Once, I needed a checkup for occupational medicine, and the staff took care of it immediately :)
