I highly recommend Prima-Med and Dr. Michał Krekora. My pregnancy was managed very professionally, reliably, and with great care for our safety. They were completely committed, highly empathetic, provided excellent communication, and provided a high level of medical care. Thanks to this clinic, our son was born healthy and strong. ❤️ Thank you for your support during this special time and we recommend them to all mothers. 😊

A thoroughly professional doctor, with extensive knowledge and experience, he explains everything thoroughly and is full of empathy. I was fortunate to be his patient – he helped me avoid surgery. I highly recommend him.

My experience with the front desk service was unfortunately very negative. The receptionist was unhelpful, rude, and showed no interest in resolving the issue. Her lack of professionalism and cold approach made me feel uncomfortable as a customer. I believe this behavior is inappropriate for someone working on the front lines of customer service.

Only 2 stars because: 1. Prima-med - no credit card payment option - total chaos... no one shows up on time because no one is monitoring it, and then there's the CTG and ultrasound, and then it becomes even more chaotic. My wife and I often arrived earlier on Saturdays, even though our appointment was for 8:00 (Professor Krekora also arrived at 8:00). We arrived at 7:30, and there were already 5 people ahead of us, sometimes even more!!! 2. Professor Krekora - The professor strongly recommends hormonal contraception, saying that none of his patients have ever complained, but I somehow doubt it because my wife felt very bad while using it, and when she called the professor, he told her it was DEFINITELY NOT from the hormonal contraception she was using. - Case number 2 concerns the professor prescribing my wife Lutein, which is used for high-risk pregnancies and spotting, which my wife neither had nor was in a high-risk pregnancy. This resulted in elevated progesterone levels, which made her feel bad. Only when my wife insisted on not taking it did the professor relent and allowed us to discontinue it. In summary, Professor Krekora is a very good gynecologist, and thanks to him, we have a wonderful daughter, for which we are grateful, but he is not a perfect gynecologist, because there are no perfect people in this world...

It's a bit disappointing that both the website and the website list an endocrinologist as their practice. When I called to inquire about the cost of the appointment, they didn't have one because many doctors "cancelled," and the information on the sign is outdated, and the lady's words "they won't book a new one." You should change this or provide some information about which doctors aren't available. When I asked about a "gynecologist-endocrinologist," they didn't have one either, but they do have gynecology, and the website says there are two specialists: gynecology and endocrinology. So what's the big deal? The only positive thing is that when I go for a blood draw, the lady is great, the service is friendly, and the results are quick, which is why I'm giving it 4 stars. I would give it 5 stars if there weren't such a mistake, where people are misled through the "leaflet" and "website."
