  I had a hydrofacial treatment at Primavita Clinic and I'm very satisfied. Agnieszka is a true professional – not only did she perform the treatment thoroughly and in a comfortable atmosphere, but she also noticed my moles and asked about their examination, which I really appreciated. My skin looks fresh, moisturized, and radiant after the treatment. I highly recommend it!

  It's sad, because a visit to the clinic should be associated with care and trust—not disappointment and a feeling of being treated like a tool. They demand a deposit when booking. I understand this rather uncommon practice, but the lack of established rules, for example, in the event of a sudden illness or other unforeseen circumstances—not so much. No regulations, no detailed information. You get the impression that the priority is quick money, not a sense of security. The doctor I was scheduled with didn't have the necessary qualifications to perform my procedure. I had to change my appointment and specialist. No "sorry." "Well, it turns out he's not trained." The contact with the staff was characterized by imperative messages, not a collaborative conversation. In a place where you come with your health and trust, this approach is doubly painful. By comparison, clinics like Ambroziak, Estell, Miracki, PC, Dr. Dethloff, Dr. Kossut, Medestetis, and many others do not practice advance fees and—in my experience—treat patients with the respect each of us deserves. Your health and comfort are too important to risk. Choose a place where the patient truly comes first.

  I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Adrian Szymański! I came to him during my pregnancy and felt completely cared for and safe from the very first visit. He demonstrated extensive knowledge, professionalism, and experience, while also being incredibly empathetic and understanding. I especially appreciate his approach to pregnant women – he thoroughly explained all treatment options, taking into account my safety and the baby's. He didn't make me wait in line for long periods, and the appointment was organized efficiently and with great respect for my condition. He is a doctor by vocation – competent, patient, and committed. He answered every question, dispelled doubts, and demonstrated genuine care. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a specialist with extensive knowledge and a genuine passion for his patients.

  My daughter was scheduled for a CO2 laser procedure, and I wanted to review the documents that would be submitted to her. This seemed like a reasonable, even natural, request for any parent. Instead of documents, I received... a lecture. The management spent a long time explaining to me how complex internal procedures were, how many departments had to be consulted, and why such a simple matter was anything but simple. All of this was delivered in corporate language—smooth, practiced, and completely devoid of substantive content. In the process, I discovered something disturbing: the facility's managers were unfamiliar with the concept of medical records or basic patient rights. And yet, we're talking about public documents—the kind that every interested person has the full right to review, without having to break through a wall of bureaucratic explanations. Somewhere in all of this, a patient died. A mother who wanted to ensure her child's safety died. Instead of simple concern and openness, there were procedures, platitudes, and a wall. A clinic that can't answer a simple question before a procedure begins raises serious doubts about how it will handle more complex questions. I didn't receive all the documents I requested. I don't recommend this place.

  I've used several services at this clinic, with different specialists, and each time I was treated with the utmost care. Each visit was preceded by a very thorough interview and meticulous examination, leaving me feeling completely cared for. I highly recommend this clinic.
