  For a year now, it's been impossible to get an appointment with any specialist at this "facility." They either don't have any appointments available, or the doctor hasn't provided them, and they keep telling me to call after Sunday, next week, etc., and it's always the same. Two years ago, when I managed to get an ultrasound appointment, I was asked to come in half an hour early if possible, and I ended up waiting an hour and a half to get in. The waiting room was packed with people and crammed, which for someone seriously ill is agony. You don't go to a private doctor to wait like you would with the National Health Fund. I have no complaints about the doctor's organization—no comment. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

  Dr. Szymon Prusaczyk is a doctor with extensive experience and a very focused approach. After contacting him, I sent him my CT scan, which he thoroughly analyzed – also on Sunday, in private. He then called back and discussed my ankle injury in detail. The conversation was objective, calm, and based on his real-world experience in treating serious injuries, including snowboarding injuries. He clearly presented the possible surgical options and treatment plan. His extensive knowledge of foot and ankle surgery and extensive experience in this type of case are evident. Due to the urgency of the procedure and the impossibility of performing the surgery immediately, I decided to seek treatment at another facility. This decision was not based on a lack of trust, but rather on time, which in my case was crucial. I can wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Prusaczyk as a trustworthy specialist who is committed to his patients' well-being.

  The ladies who answer the phone regularly tell you to call every few days to schedule a doctor's appointment, explaining that there are no appointments for the new month. And when you call on your first business day in a new location, it turns out there are no appointments available 🤣 Unfortunately, paranoia. What a disrespectful approach to patients. And on top of that, the name "Alcohol Insert" keeps popping up when you call the clinic... All this time, and you still haven't done anything about it.

  When I scheduled my baby for a hip ultrasound, I was informed that the visit cost 160 PLN. However, after leaving the office, I discovered that I had to pay 250 PLN... I understand there were additional consultations, tests, etc. Unfortunately, in our case, the doctor probably just increased the price of the visit... and unfortunately, the parking lot was a bit of a misunderstanding... but that's the fault of the "clients" who were taking up two spaces.

  I highly recommend this place. Dr. Andrzej Rak, a great orthopedist. Professional service. Very nice receptionists.
