Dr. Bieńkowska is an outstanding doctor, not just a pediatrician, but a family doctor, and in my subjective opinion, she's an outstanding doctor in every specialty! How can anyone write nonsense about a doctor refusing to see a small child in pain?! People, start appreciating outstanding, qualified doctors instead of vilifying them. And the doctor isn't a programmable robot, so have some respect and understanding, because everyone has the right to be sick or have a bad day. And the ladies at the reception desk see patients before 7:00, how can they answer the phone nonstop when there are patients waiting for registration, urgent cases, and waiting for a doctor's appointment? Most are elderly people who don't have smartphones, and that's their only way to get an appointment! I WISH ALL THE DISSATISFIED PEOPLE MORE SMILES AND LESS ENVY! 🌸💕

I used this care as a child. And Dr. Zielińska has always been, and always will be, my best memory from Starachowice. ☺️ She's a great person! Best regards.

I've been at this clinic since I was a child, and for over a decade, nothing has changed about the doctors. I can't complain about the system and the staffing required to fill the position. It's difficult to reach the doctor by phone. Calling from 7 a.m., the lady answers at 8:05 and says there are no available appointments. Approximately 140 calls, 7 rings to the end, and the rest are either busy or hung up.

Still a communist-like atmosphere… in the clinic and among the staff. The receptionists were completely unfamiliar with EU regulations. I can't rate the medical care because I didn't get it. I don't recommend it!

A disaster. For as long as I can remember, since childhood, doctors have been rude, especially women (e.g., pediatrics). Constant complaints, shouting, and it's a miracle to get through on the phone. Now I'm an adult and nothing has changed. Why are such people doctors... zero empathy? Of course, there are exceptions and empathetic doctors who want to help, but most are a disaster.
