Awful service, have twisted my ankle and was sent here by Luxmed. Previously called reception and informed that am pregnant and need to see doctor. They advised to come and wait in the queue. Spent their 1,5 hour waiting. When got to the cabinet doctor Krzystof Karkosz refused to see me saying that I was not registered. Even he accepted people before me who have not been registered as well. I told doctor that am pregnant and cannot stand on the leg, he said - nothing he can do. There is no communication between reception and doctor. My time was waisted

This place definitely need some work but it's not bad clinic.Half of the clinic is fully restored and half needs remodel.The staff is ok it really depends on the visit.Overall it's not an attraction place you go there if you need any health diagnostics ;)

This doesn't even deserve an asterisk. I had an appointment with an ENT specialist for 10:30. The receptionist called ahead to see if I could make it at 8:50. Of course, I agreed. The day of my appointment, the receptionist called to say the doctor would be 15 minutes late and asked me to be there 15 minutes later. I arrived as instructed. There were 12 people in line ahead of me. Waiting for 3 hours. This is ridiculous. The receptionists are misleading and deceiving. People take time off work to make an appointment, and then this happens. This is ridiculous, who's going to pay for this lost time? The incompetent receptionist, who can't calculate how late a patient should be, is a disaster. Please go back to primary school, 1st or 2nd grade, and learn math and multiplication.

Avoid this center completely. The wait for a paid (!) appointment is 1.5 hours. It's unthinkable. Calling to schedule one is like winning the lottery. I tried for three days. How is this center still operating with so many negative reviews? It should have no stars at all.

When I had my stitches removed during a private procedure, I was charged a fee of 250 PLN. It's good that I called ahead and asked because I was convinced the procedure ended on the day the stitches were removed and that it was included in the price. I was told that the third visit was "free," knowing full well that no one usually attends a third follow-up visit after stitch removal if it's a minor wound. At another clinic, they removed my stitches for 40 PLN.
