  I don't recommend this clinic. If the doctor doesn't show up because he's sick, they schedule another appointment for you in six months—an appointment you need for surgery. If you're not 80, the nurses claim you don't need a cardiologist and they drop you to the bottom of the list for tachycardia in six months or a year... even though the missed appointment was their fault, not the patient's. I don't recommend it because you can't wait for the appointment, even with a Holter monitor. The ladies on the phone are very mean... I'm filing a complaint against these passersby.

  Prescriptions don't arrive on time, and you have to remind yourself if someone answers the phone. Getting through to the clinic is practically impossible.

  I strongly advise against visiting this facility, it's the worst facility in Racibórz, the pediatrician only sees patients for half an hour, the nurses don't know anything, I've been going with my grandson for a referral for three days, it's a shame.

  I don't recommend it!!! My father is 90 years old. I called in the morning and asked for a home visit. The answer was, "No home visit possible." Teleconsultation is possible the next day. If I want a prescription based on my health status, I can also drive to the clinic (the nurse is very kind). I left my father alone. The lady walked in without a "queue," surprised by my outrage. I should point out that my father has been on the Medicus patient list since its inception. He has never used home visits, only occasionally writing a prescription (without visiting the clinic). I expected that the moment I asked for help, a doctor would be available to him!!!

  Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to you regarding a very unpleasant experience my father had during a visit to the NZOZ MEDICUS clinic in Racibórz. I would like to share the details of this situation with you to draw attention to the way patients are treated at this facility. Today, my father went to the clinic due to health issues that significantly impact his daily life. Unfortunately, his visit ended in a huge disappointment. The doctor who saw him, Mr. Sergey, informed him that he would not be extending his sick leave, which is valid until the end of September. My father's neurology appointment isn't until December, and every movement causes him pain. Therefore, he asked the doctor if he could undergo additional tests that could help diagnose his condition. Instead of listening to his concerns, Mr. Sergey ignored my father's questions and then told him to leave the office because he had seven more patients to see. Furthermore, during the appointment, the doctor was on the phone, informing someone that he would be 30 minutes late. This attitude is not only unprofessional but also inappropriate in the context of healthcare, where patients should feel heard and understood. I regret to say that my father's experience at this clinic was outrageous. I strongly advise against using the services of NZOZ MEDICUS in Racibórz, as this treatment of patients is unacceptable. I hope that my complaint will contribute to improving the quality of services at this facility and to better patient care in the future.
