Dr. Teresa Mróz-Gołebiowska listened carefully to my concerns. The examination was preceded by information about the specific procedures she was performing, so I felt less stressed. The reception staff also deserved a big plus; the ladies were smiling and friendly, creating a pleasant atmosphere. I wholeheartedly recommend her.

I'm very pleased with my ganglion removal procedure. Starting with Dr. Grzegorz Pabjaniak, the assistant, and all the lovely ladies at the front desk. Especially Ms. Anna, who helped me with communication, paperwork, sick leave, and communication with the doctor. I live abroad, but even that wasn't a problem, and communication was very good. I recommend this clinic to everyone.

I had three teeth extracted. I was terribly afraid, but Mr. Bartosz Pogorzelski was very gentle. I felt no pain. After the procedure, I received instructions on what to do. I felt very well cared for. The assistant was also very nice. Thank you.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND! I haven't felt so mistreated and neglected in a long time. After a colonoscopy and gastroscopy under general anesthesia, I woke up in my special clothes in the CORRIDOR, not even knowing what was happening. After five minutes of recovering, the nurse took me to change, and I spent the rest of the time in the WAITING ROOM among other patients. While I was changing, the doctor decided he wouldn't wait and would go for another procedure (I waited for him in pain for about 20 minutes), which I consider to be a 2,100 złoty payment for devoting his full time to me. I complained, crying, that I wasn't feeling well and that my stomach hurt, but nothing was done. The doctor was supposed to go look for medication and must have gotten lost along the way, so my partner had to ask the nurse. Crying and writhing in pain, barely knowing what was happening, I signed the documents stating that "I am leaving the clinic in a stable condition and feeling good," just so they could release me so I could finally rest at home. Before the procedure, my vein was punctured while an IV was being inserted. The doctors also couldn't communicate, saying one thing and doing another. I ended up crying unprepared for the stress and falling asleep. I should also add that despite the good results, they took eight biopsies and charged me 850 złoty for them, which I should emphasize was unnecessary. In short, I paid 3,000 złoty for ZERO CARE AND COMFORT.
