The receptionists don't respond to emails or return calls, even though they promise they will call me back that day. After a week of disregarding me and my child, I demanded to speak to the management, and guess what?... they weren't impressed. That his staff didn't care about a patient who left them 250 PLN for an appointment. This time, I chose a professor at another clinic. If the boss doesn't do anything about such infractions, it's not worth keeping them. That's what happens when you hire second-hand clients, otherwise the boss would prioritize the patient-customer. And recently, I witnessed at the same clinic a patient scolding the receptionist over the phone, who then had to explain herself to me for her cold-hearted approach... I'm no exception. Mr. Andrzej (co-owner) claimed I was harassing his employees. It's a good thing I have recorded calls (as many as three) and three unanswered emails. I just wanted to receive the correct email address for the doctor who treated my daughter, to find out if a third radiation session was necessary at such a young age and in such a short time. I should point out that I received a business card from the same registration office for the same doctor, but with an outdated email address. I wasn't allowed to leave a query on the clinic's email address so the doctor could address my concerns. I'm writing this review down and will be posting it everywhere. I hope that we, the patients, have the power to prevent such businesses from going under.

We're satisfied; appointments are on time. The reception staff is friendly. We're also satisfied with the pediatric surgeon himself; after a consultation, we scheduled the procedure, which he performed. Everything went smoothly and in a pleasant atmosphere, without any stress for the two-year-old.

The doctors at the clinic are fine, but I was recently very surprised by the reception staff. I had an appointment scheduled for one of the latest appointment times because I have to leave work early. The day before my appointment, the receptionist called in the afternoon and said the doctor had to leave early that day, and I could either take a much earlier appointment or schedule an appointment for the following week. I receive injections, so the timing of their administration is important. Even though this complicated my work situation because I had to leave even earlier, and the clinic's call was essentially last-minute, I showed up at the clinic. It turned out the doctor didn't have to leave early at all, and there were other patients after me, even after the time he was supposed to leave. I don't know if the receptionist was lying by himself when he rescheduled the appointment or if he received such a request from above, but this is truly unfair behavior towards a patient/client.

Today's visit with my son to the Profimedic facility unfortunately got off to a very unpleasant start. Upon approaching the registration desk, I realized I didn't have my passport with me, and living abroad, I don't remember my child's PESEL number by heart. I asked for it to be given to me after the appointment or brought to me in the meantime – unfortunately, I was given a firm "no," without any willingness to help or understanding the situation. The two women at the registration desk were rude and unfriendly, which only added to the stress of the visit. I had to quickly call another facility where my son had been the day before – I immediately received help and a PESEL number there. When I returned, there was another woman at the registration desk (with a child, likely also an employee of the facility) who had a completely different approach – she was very kind, calm, and friendly. This attitude can really ease a tense situation and deserves praise. The visit itself went well, but the unpleasant experience with the registration desk staff unfortunately lingered. In a place that is supposed to provide help, I expect not only professionalism, but also a human approach – especially towards patients from abroad.

I don't understand how you can fail to inform a client about the price of a given service, only to inform them after the fact. Before the appointment, I paid for the service I had booked. After the appointment, I was directed to the reception desk, where I suddenly discovered I had to pay twice the amount. No one had given me this information beforehand. No one had informed me that, in addition to the selected test, a consultation would be charged in addition – based on what? On the basis of a question to the doctor? Instead of presenting the client with a fait accompli, you should inform them that the matter falls under a different scope of service and requires an additional fee. You won't always find someone willing to pay the additional amount you've come up with. Also, in accordance with the rights and obligations of both the consumer and the seller, you are obligated to display prices and the scope of services in a visible place, so as to avoid any doubt. In this case, that was not the case at all. A very uncomfortable situation – unfortunately, I won't be returning to you.
