Patient, if you're looking for a diagnosis, you might be able to get it from Professor Gabriel, but don't expect any further guidance. The visit was very brief; when I tried to ask what I should do or avoid, the professor was already there, opening the door, and motioning for me to leave. So, you won't learn anything. I recommend finding another doctor. The principle here is "patient heal thyself."

I'm very happy with the doctor, but the ladies at the reception desk (Drużbicki Street) seem to be working there as punishment. No friendliness, no smiles, there were two of them... one was attending to a patient, the other was staring at the computer... and I stood there for about five minutes. All I could have said was... "Wait a minute, please," or something like that. I'll probably go back... for the doctor, it's worth it, but the service leaves a lot to be desired.

We had an appointment for a abdominal ultrasound with our 7-month-old daughter. Before the appointment, someone called and told us to be 25 minutes late because there was a delay. Okay, sometimes we arrived later. No one told us there was a longer delay—almost two hours! To enter and exit the parking lot, you have to stand at the barrier and call their phone number, which is constantly busy. I don't recommend it; it's a waste of time.

I highly recommend Professor Juszkat. He's kind, warm, and very empathetic. I felt cared for at every visit. He's very thorough and answers every question I have. I wholeheartedly recommend him.
