  It pains me to write this. Unfortunately, I think the clinic has changed somewhat for the worse, regarding the doctors' understanding, wait times for appointments, and the tests at the collection point. Back in May, during my appointment, a doctor didn't listen to my symptoms and prescribed medication I didn't need. When I first became a patient, the treatment and patient care provided by the doctors were efficient and professional. The interview process was very thorough, but now it's lacking. I don't know what's changed in over six months. I also had appointments then and felt more cared for and understood. I was very disappointed. I hope things will improve. However, I can't complain about the receptionists, who are always kind and helpful. I rate the ultrasound I had as very good. The office is friendly, the doctor is nice, and the atmosphere is pleasant. I highly recommend it.

  My husband, mother, and I would like to thank Dr. Przemysław for his time and thorough examination. We felt cared for as a human being as anyone deserves. There were no unpleasant comments, only a detailed interview and thorough examination. He is a true doctor who shows care, has immense patience, and respect for the sick and the elderly. The other doctors also deserve recognition and thanks. I would also like to thank the receptionists for their help and empathy. The nurses working in the treatment room should also be mentioned. I have never encountered such kind and professional care in any other facility. A wonderful team. Congratulations to the Director of this facility.

  The best medical clinic in Wronki, I've been a member of this clinic since the very first day and I'm very happy to be their patient. The receptionists are very nice, as are the doctors and nurses, the healthcare is literally at the highest level. I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic.

  I would like to sincerely thank the entire team at the ProMedica clinic for their professionalism and exemplary patient care. I would especially like to express my deep appreciation to Ms. Agnieszka, the medical receptionist, who demonstrated exceptional commitment, efficiency, and a rapid response to my prescription. Thanks to her professionalism, the entire process went extremely smoothly, and I immediately felt that I was dealing with a competent and trustworthy person.
