  Horrible place. Emergency room is full of people hoping to get help. They wait for many hours and then “doctors” send them home with a prescription for cheap pain meds. There was an older man on a bed, somewhere in the hallway, completely forgotten and ignored. He seemed dead to me. It is a truly evil place. The staff and doctors are far from being compassionate and caring.

  There was a terrible woman, I'm not sure what her exact benefit, she seemed absolutely useless and just angry. She registered me (seems that this is the only job she is doing), I think doctor is absolutely capable of this and they should fire this awful person. She didn't let me to sit when I couldn't stand, I remind that my pain was unbearable. Then she started speaking Polish very fast and shouted at me when found out that I'm not Polish and can't speak. I actually can but I was suffering, I couldn't even stand. I heard the phrase "In Poland we speak Polish". I'm trying. But it's a process. And I could've been there only for a month or 2 or be a tourist who got into an unpleasant situation. You can't shout at sick people using their poor knowledge of your language so you can be sure that no one will be able to answer. This is inappropriate. I've also read some comments there about her (I'm sure it's her) attitude to Ukrainians, this is quite usual in Poland. But I'm not even Ukrainian. She hates everyone who is not Polish. Please pay attention to all these cases and fire this woman

  I highly recommend this hospital. The staff - nurses doctors and anyone working there was knowledgeable and helpful. My surgery went great, I got a thorough explanation from start to finish. I'm happy to see that we still have such specialists in Poland despite the governmental funding is mediocre. The one thing to improve: the signs and arrows and information on walls are misleading. It's sometimes very hard and annoying to get to the desired ward or place.

  This Hospital has given me gift of life for my daughter. I will be forever grateful for their care and support. My daughter was born on 6th May 2022 in 30th week of pregnancy. I had an emergency C-section. Hospital took care of everything. Today my daughter is 1year old and I don't have words to express how much thankful I am . Thank you for everything which you have done.

  this is not a hospital, it's shameful to associate this place with medicine. we waited an hour at the registration (no queue, just because), two and a half hours for the "doctor". during a 20-minute appointment, this "doctor" did not hesitate to drink coffee for 10 minutes and talk to a colleague on general topics. after that, she refused to watch a child with a high temperature with bloody pus flowing from her ear. She measured the temperature with a faulty thermometer. and she refused to refer us to a laryngologist. I just prescribed a narrow spectrum antibiotic. This is 'SOR'
