  I was accepted for a planned C-section. The surgery itself went very well – the anesthesiologists kept me informed about what was happening, and after birth, my son was shown to me and I was able to touch him for a few minutes. Then, instead of being given kangaroo care to his father, as my husband and I had requested, he was taken by the pediatrician for tests (which can be performed during kangaroo care). My husband was allowed kangaroo care for 15 minutes 😤 because we had another C-section and needed to make room... I was very disappointed with this approach. Standard perinatal care requires kangaroo care for a minimum of two hours. The child's health record includes a section about kangaroo care and any explanation for why it didn't last at least two hours – the justification for the shorter kangaroo care was obviously not included in our son's record. I rate my postnatal care as very good; the midwives helped him get up and bathe. Later, they were quickly in the room to help when needed. Regarding newborn care, unfortunately, I can't give it the same rating. It all depends on the midwives you encounter. On the day of delivery, the neonatal midwife was very helpful and respected my request not to breastfeed or use a pacifier. The midwife on the night shift (the second night) didn't, and the baby was fed and brought home with a pacifier in his mouth. As for help with latching, it depends on the midwife you encounter. The midwife who was present at the birth helped me latch my baby to the breast when I couldn't move yet, which I consider a big plus. The other midwives were more concerned with checking if the baby was latched on than with providing advice on how to effectively latch the baby. This resulted in terribly bitten nipples and ineffective breastfeeding. The same midwife who provided the pacifier and fed the baby, when asked for help with latching, said it was dark (it was nighttime) and she couldn't see anything, and left. Don't count on lactation consulting; in my opinion, it doesn't exist at this clinic. The final aspect is the food, which I rate as very good. I have many exclusions and received large portions of delicious meals that took into account my allergies.

  I definitely recommend this clinic. I had my entire pregnancy with Dr. Sobolewski. This was my second labor (although my first wasn't here) and I felt very well cared for throughout my pregnancy and labor. I rate my admission to the clinic and the process itself very positively. The anesthesiologist explained the entire labor and delivery process thoroughly. The midwives were very professional and friendly. A mother's emotional well-being is very important after giving birth. I definitely recommend this place and will share my review with other women.

  The nightmare I experienced when the anesthesia took effect... during my C-section, I only remember the anesthesiologist saying, "That's impossible, let's start!" and when they started, I fainted from the pain. I woke up from the anesthesia. I'm still traumatized to this day. They promised pie in the sky... In the end, my boss himself told me and my husband that I wasn't pain-tolerant. After all, I paid so much money to avoid this pain! The biggest mistake of my life was being put there. You couldn't ask the nurses for painkillers; they were determined to prove me wrong. And when I was in the room, they were arguing among themselves about who made the mistake during the procedure... I don't recommend it... this place shouldn't exist... :(

  My visit to Dr. Rafał Kisielewski at this clinic was very upsetting and left a very bad taste in my mouth. It was a shocking experience. Instead of empathy and support, I received comments that I found inappropriate and hurtful. There was a lack of tact and sensitivity, which are especially important in a woman's difficult situation. The entire visit took place in a strange, unpleasant atmosphere, and I felt like an unwanted guest. I left the office feeling sad and disappointed. I expected a professional, humane approach—unfortunately, I cannot recommend this visit. I believe such behavior completely violates medical ethics and should not occur in a private facility. I wholeheartedly warn other women against visiting this doctor—especially those experiencing difficult or emotional situations.

  I highly recommend the clinic! My delivery ended with a C-section. The staff was very dedicated, helpful, and friendly. Someone was constantly checking in, asking if you needed anything. The doctors were fantastic, and in the operating room, the anesthesiologist held your hand, explained everything step by step, and asked how you were feeling. The moment the baby was removed is a moment you'll remember forever. And in the operating room, the staff were so happy to announce that you were a mother, as if it had just been born to them. I can't say a single bad word. Thank you all ❤️☺️😘
