Today, I was supposed to be registering for the National Health Fund (NFZ) at a dentist. I'd been trying to reach the registration desk since morning, but without success. Only after 11 a.m., after a 40-minute wait, did I finally manage to get through. Of course, there are no appointments available because I have to call in the morning. But I couldn't get through... The woman at the registration desk had a foreign accent, which is obvious. People pay National Health Fund contributions. Why is this all a sham? You have to have a different background to get in to see a doctor.

Despite their busy schedule, the receptionists were very kind and understanding. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The ENT doctor was friendly and explained everything. As with any other appointment, there's a wait. Patients need to be careful, as they arrive much earlier and, without a word, show up at their scheduled time.

Once again, I called all day to register, and the phone was disconnected. When I finally got through, the lady said there were no more available slots for the dentist, and the phone was off because they were so busy inside. So what are they paying the registration staff for??? There are two of them there. No greetings. That's it.

I called for almost an hour to find out there was no room at the dental clinic. You'll get through to the Pope faster.

I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Nowicki! He's an angel, with his approach and dedication to his appointments. I'm incredibly impressed with the services he provides. I haven't encountered such an approach in all my years! I highly recommend him!
