Unfortunately, my experience with this facility has been extremely disappointing. Instead of focusing on the clear ultrasound findings, which clearly indicated PCOS, the gynecologist generated further costs for the patient. Instead of treatment consistent with the diagnosis, I was referred for numerous, very expensive genetic tests, which had no real justification in my case. The culmination of this absurdity was the suggestion of consultations with "professional colleagues," including a psychiatrist. This raises a fundamental question: since when have antidepressants supported fertility in women with PCOS? There are no reliable scientific studies confirming such a link, yet the patient is referred in this direction instead of receiving specific and substantive endocrinological and gynecological treatment. The overall impression is of chaotic treatment without a clearly defined plan, instead placing a heavy emphasis on expensive, often unfounded procedures. In such a sensitive area as treating infertility and hormonal imbalances, patients expect knowledge, reliability, and decisions based on current, evidence-based medicine – unfortunately, this was lacking here. I do not recommend this to those seeking a specific, sensible, and science-based approach to PCOS and fertility.

Very high level of service. Courteous and professional. Knowledgeable doctors. A minus for the fact that Dr. Manowska misplaced the test results, claiming there were no tests.

I'd give it zero stars, but that's not possible. I had a visit to a psychologist who, after an hour, remembered he doesn't work with children, making it difficult to make recommendations. In my opinion, the system should automatically block the ability to schedule this type of appointment with a doctor who claims not to practice this type of thing. I feel cheated, to say the least. Of course, the visit was paid for... I'm speechless.
