  There's no one to treat you there. You have to faint to get an appointment between patients. (It's not the receptionists' fault, they're nice women there.) There's an X-ray room, an ultrasound room, but if something happens, you have to wait for tests. Poor organization... you can't even get a referral to get tests done overnight. You just have to book appointments for the procedure room. It's a joke! And there should be an option to confirm your appointment because people don't show up or cancel. I'm not surprised, because if someone was waiting and ended up in the hospital, they didn't have the stomach for it (hanging on the phone to do someone a favor). There's a doctor who didn't want me to get a thyroid ultrasound. He wrote a referral to an endocrinologist (due in two years), when an ultrasound could have been done. You're truly speechless about what's happening at this clinic.

  They refused to do an EKG for us, even privately! They just said the pediatrician could refer us for an EKG in Zielonka. Seriously!? An EKG in Zielonka??? 🤦‍♀️ So we went to another clinic, made an appointment, and they immediately did an EKG for us for free. No problem. And at Dekamed, there are still problems... even basic services are impossible to get.

  Making an appointment with an internist is practically impossible without waiting in line for 30 minutes. Phone appointments start at 7:00 a.m. At 7:01 a.m., I was number 84 in the queue. After waiting 40 minutes to get through, it turns out there are no available appointments for that day. Online appointments are a joke; I've never seen an available appointment at any facility. It seems the management has been overwhelmed with patient intake.

  I recommended it to my sister-in-law, and now I'm ashamed. Appointments are only available from morning for the same day, and the hotline hours are open. ECGs for children are a huge problem, and even though they have the resources, they refer patients to specialists—a shame. It's probably time for a change. The Kobyłka branch is the only one saving them, because Wołomin has gone to the dogs.

  1) The clinic is violating the law and National Health Fund regulations by not allowing appointments for the next day. The information "appointments only available on the same day at 7:00 AM" is unacceptable. 2) During flu season, more than one person should answer the phone, but instead, someone calls, 90 people are in line, and has to wait an hour. 3) A pregnant woman with the flu should be treated out of turn, and one doctor stated that there are no available appointments and will not see her. Only Dr. Kuc was able to see her without any problems.
