Patients arrive in cars with children or pregnant women and park in the clinic's patient parking lot, and the rude Ms. Grażyna snaps at the patient, saying it's her space. What audacity she has in a parking lot not designated for employees (employees park in the back). Maybe it's time to investigate this, because I hear from patients that this woman lashes out every time someone parks in what she claims is her space. She's an impertinent, rude woman (working at the collection point). I hope management will deal with her, or rather, her desire for parking. I should add that there were plenty of empty spaces, but she wants it, and that's it. It's embarrassing.

The receptionists are always kind and helpful. My child has never been refused admission. Even when I arrived in an emergency, a doctor was immediately available to examine my child. The woman at the vaccination center always calls to remind me about vaccinations and schedules a convenient appointment. The same goes for checkups. I highly recommend it!

I don't recommend it, there's a constant problem with registering a child with a doctor. At 8:01 AM, the woman on the hotline informed me there were no more appointments, but they weren't registering for the following days, so within a minute, only patients were registered, saying there were no more appointments. My son is 3 years old, and we've only managed to get in to see a doctor twice during this time, and only because I went personally and "begged" for an appointment. We had to go to other doctors for private appointments. Laughter in the room; avoid him.

This clinic is a joke. It's impossible to get through to them by phone or get an appointment with a pediatrician.

I do not recommend!!! Today at 8 there were no more places available for the doctor, they suggested another doctor, whom we visited early, who stated that the child only had a runny nose and that it was my fault because we were not cleaning the child's nose properly. At the reception, the lady said that a nurse would come soon and determine whether the child was suitable for admission (two-year-old with fever). The nurse came and stated right away that there was a free place, of course for Dr. Gorniak, I continued explaining that we would not go to this doctor. Okay, I will ask the doctor. Will she accept and I hear a mother with a child came in all excited whether we will accept the child, the doctor did not come out, did not look at the child, what condition it was in. And I keep hearing from another doctor, I ask what time I should come so that the child could be admitted at 7, but when I call, there are no places available. The worst clinic in Ustka, there are always no places available and an excited nurse who, as she stated, had to leave the office because of my child, not having any patients.
