  I don't recommend it. Patients are scheduled for an hour, and that doesn't help. You have to wait about two hours. The ladies at the reception desk are not friendly.

  I've been trying to make an appointment with a doctor since June. Calls are being dropped, no one answers most of the time, and when they do, they tell me to call back in a week.

  I don't recommend it. Horrible organization. The queue is reminiscent of communist times. The staff is rude and incompetent. The doctor sees patients as an internist, pediatrician, and performs an ultrasound at the same time. He was an hour late and didn't even apologize. Patients have to wait in a cold waiting room.

  I don't recommend it!!!! The ladies at the front desk are not nice. There was no appointment to see the right doctor. The front desk's response: You should even look for a doctor anywhere in Poland, because we don't have an appointment here. Laughter in the room. I can't forgive what I heard from the front desk.

  My sick children were accepted even though we live in another city and are just passing through. However, I had to request an appointment under the National Health Fund (NFZ); the receptionist suggested I get a private one. Unfortunately, I'm disappointed with my visit with Dr. Serwa. I was most stressed by her tone and gaze. We were treated condescendingly; she gave instructions in a raised voice, almost like an order. I've never met a pediatrician like her in my life. She's a doctor who cares for children and should have a caring approach, but she was simply rude to us. I'm also an educated adult, so she should talk to me like another person. The doctor suggests I take a personal culture course or change my profession. I feel sorry for the other parents and children who see her regularly. She listened to my children because I asked her to, but nothing more. She didn't even look inside their mouths or noses (they have a runny nose and a cough). Finally, I asked her to at least take a look at my ear because they had an ear infection a while back, and a few days ago, my son said his ear hurt. She examined both children in five minutes. There were no lines. We were the only ones in the hallway.
