The doctors here are okay, but this whole idea that you have to arrive at 7 a.m. to get an appointment, stand in a crowd of (potentially sick) people to make an appointment, and then return again is absurd, like something out of Monty Python. It's 2024, we have the internet and phones, and this clinic has simply given up and, unable to solve the problem, is stuck in this absurdity. Whoever runs this place should ask for help.

It's a communist era here. I'm six months pregnant and just got back from the clinic. This was my second attempt to get in to see a family doctor and get a referral to a specialist. It didn't work. First, you have to wait in line. Outside, in the dark, because the waiting starts before 7:00. You can't make appointments by phone. That wouldn't count. Then the line moves inside, and registration begins. It starts and ends because the doctor sees until 10:00, so a few patients will be able to get in there, and the rest will be outside. And if you have your family doctor on site, you can't go to another one, etc., etc., so we invite you tomorrow. It's a DRAMA and a SHAME. And it's also worth remembering that the receptionist doesn't tolerate... human voices. So, you can't talk in line because it bothers her. NO shouting, NO loud behavior. Silence is the order of the day. I don't know, but with circumstances like that, you should be looking for a job in a home office or on a factory assembly line. Certainly not in a PUBLIC clinic.

I've been going to this clinic for years, even though I live on the other side of Szczecin. The staff is very helpful, and the doctors are truly dedicated! Great new location, beautiful interior! I wholeheartedly recommend the pediatricians who work there! The women are outstanding!

The doctors deserve a 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ Dear doctors, they're always helpful. However, the receptionists really bring down the reputation of this place. Apart from the fact that you can't get through (in the old facility, you could often hear the phone ringing and the women ignoring it, discussing their purchases...). Once you do get through, you're met with terrible rudeness. When you're at the clinic, you can't expect a simple, sincere "Good morning." Rather, every request or question you ask the women feels like a knife in their "busy" back. Unfortunately, you need to work on your etiquette, empathy for patients, and professionalism in customer service – the women's constant bad mood can't take precedence over the needs of the patients.
