I would have given it a 5 if it weren't for the receptionist (she has long black hair). She always has a sour face and is very cold—no smiles, and she asks questions quietly under her breath. It's hard to understand her, and when I ask, she repeats the question with a vengeance. I've seen in the reviews that I'm not the only one with this experience. Besides that, the doctor is competent, polite, and handled my first pregnancy well.

Despite knowing about breast cancer in my family, Ms. Waleris never ordered a breast ultrasound in the five years she treated me. Two weeks after my visit, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. She palpated and felt nothing. I do not recommend it.

There are no longer people like Dr. Violetta and Dr. Maciej. They are truly angels on earth, capable of giving you wings, even when everything around you is against you. Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity, whereas in many facilities, you're just a number. Here, you feel cared for and looked after at every step, even after your visit. Every detail is discussed in a simple and understandable way. I've never encountered such an approach, empathy, and understanding. Thank you. H and M.

The ladies at the front desk do their best to serve every customer and answer the phone. I recently waited for a doctor and watched the curly-haired woman work. I was like an ant. I was served quickly and efficiently, which is unfortunately not the norm in other facilities.
