  I don't recommend using this unscrupulous clinic. On Tuesday, I called to schedule a telemedicine consultation with my primary care physician to obtain a referral. The receptionist informed me that I didn't need an appointment; I just needed to call after 3 PM on Thursday and ask for a referral. I did, and was later informed that I had been misled. The doctor scheduled a telemedicine consultation for Friday. On Friday, I didn't hear from the doctor. I called and was informed that the doctor had called three times. This is very strange, as I was at home all day and didn't receive any contact, not even a text message about an attempt to contact me. Where I live, I've never had any coverage issues with my provider, whom I've used for six years. In summary, if you don't want to lose your nerves, I recommend you get a referral to another clinic 🫡

  My experience with the GA-MED clinic has unfortunately been very negative. Appointments for patients are ignored, and the overall organization of the service leaves much to be desired. Furthermore, the attitude of the receptionists is very unprofessional and unfriendly. I strongly advise against using this facility – if you want medical services, it's better to choose another clinic and avoid GA-MED altogether.

  Competent staff, efficient test collection, and a teleconsultation faster than I expected. All positives, and a small drawback: the clinic's opening hours on the website are out of date. This is very important information, especially for professionally active patients. Personally, I went for a blood draw a few minutes before 8:00 a.m., expecting to be late for work, but it turned out I could use the clinic's services from 7:30 a.m. and plan my morning with peace of mind. I suggest updating your information :)
