Ladies, don't even consider this place if you're looking for a National Health Fund (NFZ) facility for pregnancy care. Appointments are routinely canceled, and on the same day :D Reasons: "because the doctor has to leave early today" :D My wife is 7 months pregnant. She should have had at least 7 appointments by now (if not more), but the clinic somehow managed to get 2 :D To put it mildly, we don't recommend it :)

The gynecology clinic's approach was very unprofessional. I spent over two weeks trying to schedule an appointment (9 months pregnant, last visit). There was a persistent lack of a midwife. I received a text message confirming the appointment. I had to go through the trouble of driving across town just to read the note on the door that the doctor was only open until 2 p.m., even though the appointment was scheduled for 4:20 p.m. There wasn't enough time for a quick phone call. I was left with no information regarding my latest tests, no answers to my questions before the actual delivery. Of course, no one in the entire clinic knew anything. It was a disaster!

The receptionist clearly doesn't like her job; she doesn't even say "hello," and she responds to questions as if she's dealing with lesser people. When asked about a doctor, she says she "don't know anyone like that." If you don't like working with people, maybe it's time for a change. She's a woman with black hair and glasses, and her manners are spotless. I see from the reviews that I'm not the only one. Have a nice day to everyone she served.

Aside from the young, mean receptionist and the incompetent family doctors, I'd like to advise against visiting an otolaryngologist here. The doctor is nice, but unfortunately, that's where it ends. You have to beg for an examination, checkups, and often a cavalier approach, which resulted in a beautifully developed infection, stress, and wasted nights simply because she didn't order a swab immediately when I came in with an alarming situation. So, after a year, any treatment has only just begun, and it's gotten worse. What's more, my "healthy" ear (because both ears weren't swabbed...) is now suffering from those drops. It's simply awful. I was referred for a hearing test and now I have to wait another month for an appointment. I'm giving up on this facility; I should have done it sooner. I hope they can save me privately.

The receptionists are very rude; they act like they're working as a punishment!!! I can't get an appointment with a primary care doctor until a week after making the appointment. They refuse to see someone with a fever, and they hang up on me.
