My first visit to the ophthalmologist was a pleasant surprise. The doctor has a great manners, a smile, and no aggression. Thank you for helping the person I brought with me. The urgent matter was resolved quickly. The doctor's assistant exudes enormous negative energy. She's rude and rude! She should be fired or properly retrained. She disrupts positive energy. If she's not comfortable interacting with people, she should get a job at a morgue, where she can give herself speeches that the living don't need. Thank you, doctor, for the wonderful care she provided.

Ms. Heczko should be suspended for her incompetence. Her mother's warnings about pain around her heart were completely ignored, and her last blood test in March, showing an elevated white blood cell count, was labeled as pneumonia. In July, two weeks before she landed in the hospital, she was diagnosed with pneumonia, and no blood tests were ordered. The hospital diagnosed her with leukemia and acute renal failure. According to Ms. Heczko, if you're elderly, it's not worth the effort.

I don't know about the specialists at this clinic, but the receptionist is very rude. If someone doesn't know something, they can be informed, instead of complaining that the person doesn't know something and then hanging up. It's a rather incompetent approach.
