The neurology clinic is a real disaster. The doctor tells me to register at the window, and the woman at the window says, "Please call in December." I call in December, after many attempts. Finally, someone picks up, and again the message: "Please call on the Monday after New Year's Day." I call at 9:30 a.m. during a break at work. A 30-minute break passes, and no one answers. During the second break, the phone is finally answered, and again the message: "Please call on Wednesday because there are promised appointments for June and July." Knowing life on Wednesday, after many attempts to get through, it's again, "Please call on another day." It's a joke. Now, to go, or even to put it another way, to get an appointment with a doctor, or even to get through to the Jar-Medic clinic, you have to be in good health. No wonder they have such good reviews online.

Poradnia onkologiczna - porażka! Człowiek dzwoni pół dnia zanim ktoś z łaską odbierze i na dodatek dowiaduje się, że Pani od rejestracji siedzi w innym budynku przez 4 dni w tygodniu i nie może podać informacji zapisanych w systemie przez onkologa.Dramat!!

Since my son was born seven months ago, his family doctor has been Dr. Wilk. I only got an appointment with her once because every time I called, they were all booked. So how many patients does she have? Why does she accept referrals if you can't get in? You have to go privately because other doctors have their own patients too.

The number system is hopeless; people arrive early, wait two hours for their appointment, and then suddenly the wheel starts rolling again with numbers. One woman waited over two hours, while another (who had a later appointment) got in immediately because the "number wheel" had just run out and started counting again... I highly do not recommend it.
