  The most terrible place ever! We called there at 6:40am today and asked if it’s okay to come to this time, the lady from the reception said we have to come “now now” or after 8am coz their changing shifts, as my baby had very high temperature, we directly went there hoping for a help. We came and after doing registration, receptionist had to go three times to wake up the “doctor”, who should help us 🫠 after she finely woke up, she started her breakfast and without hurrying up had her coffee as well.. it’s disrespectful to put ppl waiting when you’re just sleeping and eating at your work time! Also after she came out, she didn’t even say “hello”, super unfriendly, was not looking at as when talking, like we did something bad to came and wake her up 🫠 she just wrote antibiotics that we should buy and that’s it.. I’m not even sure if her diagnosis is correct 🙄

  I'm giving it 5 stars. I use the clinic's services mainly because of my sick child, but this time I needed help myself. I fainted on the bus today, and the nearest clinic was on Kadłubka Street. I ran into the clinic with a shallow breath. The receptionist, without hesitation and without queuing, directed me to the treatment room, and I was seen by a doctor almost immediately. The response and help were very efficient and quick. I wanted to express my gratitude for today's support. This is the first time I've experienced this. The staff, faced with the difficult task of dealing with a huge number of patients, demonstrate great empathy and commitment. Thank you again for your quick help!

  This used to be a state-owned clinic, built with our own money. Today, the doctors are private contractors; many of them we can't afford, but the state, meaning we, paid for the six years of studies. Please, Mr./Mr. "owner," say hello to the patients who don't attend due to lack of funds. The important thing is that there's money, right, Mr./Mr. Owner?
