At this primary care clinic, everything is handled as it should be. I was able to schedule an appointment without any problems at the registration desk and received clear instructions on what to do next. The family doctor listened, asked for details, and explained the situation in a clear, non-judgmental manner. I received specific recommendations and a referral for tests, not just "please keep an eye on me." Everything was done efficiently and efficiently—I'll definitely be back.

I used the clinic's services almost from the very beginning in Kostrzyn. It was good for a few years, with appointments scheduled for an hour. But now it's rock bottom. I called at 8:00 a.m., waited half an hour for a call, only to be told the doctor wouldn't see me today because there were no appointments. The next day, at 8:00 a.m., I registered directly at the reception desk. My appointment was for 10:00 a.m., but in Gułtowy, and the standards there were the same as 20 years ago: "last come first." The queue was several people long; these are not the days when you can afford to wait several hours for an appointment, especially when you have to take time off work. It's a disaster, and I don't recommend it given the current situation. I'd rather find another clinic.

The clinic is very friendly, but it's a shame they change doctors so often. Once I get used to one, it's back to the same doctor and I have to undergo further interviews. I hope Dr. Szymajda will stay longer, as he dedicates a lot of time to his patients and always explains everything clearly. I'm giving it four stars to encourage them not to change doctors like gloves.

The doctors are trustworthy and completely professional, except for the owner, who is always 30-40 minutes late. The reception staff is incredibly friendly and always helpful. Despite its shortcomings, I recommend this clinic! I give it a 5/5 :)

It went super fast and efficiently (even over the phone). Then, as I was passing by on another matter, I stopped in to ask if there was any way to get in sooner than my scheduled appointment, scheduled an hour and a half later. The friendly staff quickly agreed that it was possible, and I was "taken care of" in no time. I'm surprised the healthcare system has a new face.
