My daughter and I are once again having trouble registering our child at the clinic because it's harder to get through than in Poznań on Długa Street (it's a nightmare there, you can call for four hours and still not get through). Teleconsultation is offered for newborns, and the worst part is that the nurse diagnoses conjunctivitis without even seeing the child. This is a mockery and a disregard for children from the very beginning of their lives, and I don't want to think about what will happen later. This is a matter that will land me in the National Health Fund (NFZ) as a COMPLAINT against this clinic, because they have no respect for normal people who pay contributions their entire lives only to be treated this way.
