Unfortunately, my experience with the clinic was very unpleasant. I was asked to arrive early for an EKG before my cardiologist appointment. I just wanted to politely ask if it was possible to get the test done earlier, as I had an urgent appointment elsewhere at 2 PM and didn't want to miss my cardiologist appointment. When I approached the EKG room to wait my turn, the woman came out, literally blocked my path, and simply said, "Where?" "What?" Her tone was very unpleasant, cold, and dismissive. I felt treated like a minor, not a patient. Instead of calmly explaining the situation, I heard unpleasant comments. What's more, the woman later tried to explain her behavior by saying she wasn't feeling well, saying that she "hadn't had a cup of tea since seven in the morning." I believe that personal fatigue or discomfort shouldn't be a reason to treat patients rudely. Furthermore, I gave up my seat to older people early; I didn't mean to push my way through. The ECG itself lasted a few seconds, but the entire experience was very stressful and left a deep impression on me. Every patient—regardless of age or appearance—deserves respect and empathy.

A facility where I receive comprehensive care from a doctor and nurses!!! I feel cared for and at peace. The receptionists are empathetic, accommodating, and kind. 😀 The doctor makes accurate diagnoses, is helpful, and always answers every question in detail.

I don't recommend it. I barely lay down for the EKG test, and after 10 seconds they told me to get up. You come home with the results without any health knowledge.
