  As a regular patient, I can only say this: for me and my children, there's no better or friendlier place for primary care. Whether it's the doctor or the staff, they're always a helpful, smiling "team." A shot for a child or a medical consultation at Promed isn't a necessity, but a pleasure. No one shouts here, no one rushes to check off another client. The new building, with its ample parking, everything is fresh and new, makes you feel at ease and smile as you wait in line. The laboratory is located one floor above, where you can get all the necessary tests done without having to wait in line for hours like in a hospital (of course, all covered by the health insurance, but also available privately if needed). I recommend it!

PROMED is an excellent example of a modern, responsible clinic built with long-term patient relationships in mind. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking truly high-quality medical care.

  I've been a Promed patient since my school days, but the progress has been indescribable. I usually avoid doctors because there's no point in trying to diagnose illnesses, but here it's a pleasure. The lab is one floor up—no waiting lines. Professional management and a thorough understanding of the issues are evident. This is exactly how it should be: comfort, peace, and a pleasant atmosphere. Everything is standard, just like in private clinics. A big round of applause for "young" Dr. Mac and the rest of the staff, who are always helpful and kind to patients.

  I highly recommend it!!! No waiting in long lines, no complaints, and no hassles with registration. Very good patient care. Dr. Bogdan is a wonderful doctor who knows how to treat a child with allergies.
