The receptionists were very kind and thorough. The speech therapist, Lidia Rydel, was kind and calm, with a good, understanding approach to both children and parents. We hope to use your clinic's services again.

For three days, at a different time each day, I've been trying to contact the registration desk, but no one answers the phone or calls back. It's a shame.

The pedagogical clinic at this facility is a complete disaster. An appointment was scheduled for early May, but postponed due to the teacher's vacation. The next appointment was scheduled for late June, but again canceled the day before due to vacation. The receptionist said she would schedule another appointment and get back to me. Silence until mid-July. After I intervened, I was informed that the appointment was not possible until the end of August, and, and I QUOTE, "The teacher charges 1,500 PLN for the visit." Words fail me. Zero respect for the patients.

Po wykonaniu zabiegu dostałem informację, że okres oczekiwania na wyniki badań to 2-3 tyg. Czekałem prawie 2 miesiące. W międzyczasie wycena badań zmieniała się 4-krotnie , początkowo usłyszałem 700zł, później 150zł, po kilku dniach 350zł, stanęło na 300zł. Ostatecznie nie wiem czy "przychodnia" ma jakiś "sztywny" cennik, czy cena zależy od humoru osoby wystawiającej fakturę za usługę. Niestety, moje doświadczenia z Solmed oceniam na 1 gwiazdkę z dużym minusem Brak profesjonalizmu i poszanowania pacjenta/klienta.
