  A very large clinic with a multitude of specialists. The interior is clean and well-maintained. The offices are modern and very well-equipped. The receptionists are very helpful and efficient, which quickly reduces waiting lists. Most of the doctors are young, yet they possess extensive knowledge, experience, and empathy, which is not standard in other clinics.

  On February 2, 2026, at 10:10 a.m., I had an appointment with dermatologist Dr. Urbanowski (that's how I was registered). The visit lasted about 5 minutes, and examining the skin lesions took maybe 5 seconds (the doctor stood up, looked, and sat down). He said, "This is only suitable for aesthetic dermatology. Goodbye." Just entering the office was terrifying. The doctor was sprawled in a chair in the middle of the room with his legs stretched out, and the assistant was at the computer. His dismissive approach to the patient was palpable. Today, I checked the website of the clinic at Czerkaska 22 Street for the doctor's name and opening hours, and it turns out that no such doctor works there (there's no dermatologist), so who was I registered with? Maybe the doctor was recruiting patients for aesthetic dermatology?

  I just made an appointment with an endocrinologist using online registration. I'm shocked because the woman called me back within literally two minutes with a very quick appointment. The registration was processed so quickly that I wasn't prepared to provide a referral code. The woman at the registration desk was very polite and helpful, choosing a convenient time for me. This is another online registration that went smoothly and quickly. I highly recommend them. Best regards.

  My experience with this clinic was negative. After my visit, I was left with the impression of a lack of orderly service and inadequate communication. Deadlines were not met, and the information provided was incomplete or changed mid-course. It's also noticeable that the very positive reviews, which contrast with my experience, are posted by co-workers and family members, which can be easily verified by the names. Many of them are general in nature and don't address specific services. In my case, the clinic failed to meet basic standards of patient care. This experience resulted in a waste of time and a sense of unprofessionalism, so I moved to another clinic. I also had the unpleasant experience of speaking with the owner, and I'm no longer surprised by the pseudo-quality there. Well, a fish rots from the head down. Dear patients, respect yourselves if no one will respect you at this facility. There are many competitors, so you just have to choose wisely...

  I've been waiting for the histopathology results from my gastroscopy for over five weeks. I can't begin treatment. I just received information from the hotline that the results from December 12th were being entered today!! And I'm supposed to be happy that I even had a test done under the National Health Fund?! The woman was ranting to me about the cost of anesthesia, which I didn't even need. After the monologue, she simply hung up. You're being ridiculous. I strongly advise against getting tested here.
