  The front desk service is abysmal. The older/middle-aged, blonde, bespectacled receptionist is rude, uncivilized, and speaks rudely to patients. Avoid her.

  I've been using the clinic's services for several months now. I feel the atmosphere is friendly. The nurses are a big plus; they're very kind, even when you have to wait a while for registration. They're able to explain the situation and put patients at ease. The doctors I've seen so far are very professional and committed. My family doctor, Dr. Wieczorek, uses his approach to patients and his thorough analysis of test results to determine the current health status and treatment direction, making patients feel cared for and safe. Furthermore, the analytical laboratory operates very efficiently, and Dr. Olga is a master at her job. Everything is nice and clean. I highly recommend this place.

  This place shouldn't be called a primary care clinic! The receptionists should be trained in how to serve patients without pretense. Not only can you not get through because the phone is either busy or no one answers, but they don't answer because they're not busy, they just mute the phone! Staffing shortages prevent appointments on the same day a patient wants to make an appointment. There's only one pediatrician, only one nurse for vaccinations, and unfortunately, if you miss the child's health window, vaccinations can be delayed by up to a month. I don't recommend it! This is my last visit. You won't get any more money from my contributions.

  What's going on here is pure paranoia. Everyone shows up for whatever hour they want, waits in line, and then one patient goes to the front desk to complain, only to have the receptionist come in shortly after, saying that another patient is coming in. Getting through here by phone is next to impossible, and when you do, the initial response is reluctance, boredom, and embarrassment from every woman who answers the phone. The only reason this clinic is still in business is because of Dr. Wieczorek.

  The front desk service is terrible. It's been impossible to get through on the phone for days. The receptionists, if you approach the window, pretend they don't see you. They don't even say hello. It's a disaster.
