You shouldn't even bother with 1 ⭐ here. Avoid the senior gynecologist. He always has appointments, and now I know why... He's an arrogant man who talks to pregnant women like a friend. He gets really nervous and loses his temper, which is when he resorts to swearing. The first doctor who wouldn't let me come to an appointment with my husband/partner and clearly has something to hide. When I insisted that I wanted my partner to attend because I felt unsafe alone and wanted him to support me, he told him to sit still (as if he were supposed to at least tour the office during the visit). He even showed him the baby during an ultrasound. At the first appointment, he immediately encouraged private appointments at his office, and I was given a business card. When I mentioned that the National Health Fund (NFZ) offers appointments, his attitude immediately changed. He explicitly informed me three times that I was too late and wouldn't be eligible for the maternity benefit. I informed him that I was aware of this, to which the doctor continued to say that if I provided a different date for my last period, he would issue me a certificate. JEZT is a deliberate lie and also affects the due date and other tests (this can cause problems). When I expressed my thoughts, he gently told me he was refusing treatment unless I came to my appointments alone. The nurse forgot to schedule my next doctor's appointment, even though I'd told her twice. When I arrived, she asked the doctor to see me, saying it was my fault. 🤦🏻♀️ Instead of working, she constantly talks about nothing and can't concentrate on her work, then blames the patient. I always found her nice despite her talkativeness, but that's not how it works. An apology was enough, which I informed her of. I should add that this doctor can even lie about the patient without any evidence. I'm glad the entire visit was recorded, because it's not morbid. For this reason, I HIGHLY recommend DR LUWAŃSKI, he sees patients at this clinic but appointments are impossible to get because he is a great, committed doctor, he does not push business cards into people's hands and will shake hands with the National Health Fund and is empathetic just as he would be during a private visit.

The sheer number of call attempts since morning is enough to make it unbearable. It's a scandal; perhaps more people at the clinic could be helpful.

Dr. Alona's approach to my mother was beyond criticism. My mother had been feeling unwell for a long time; she couldn't eat, was vomiting, and had a nasty cough. This doctor prescribed my mother medication to stop diarrhea and didn't even examine her. She said she didn't come in with a cough, but with vomiting. I never write reviews like this, but approaching patients and treating them requires, beyond knowledge, tremendous empathy. I'm saddened that such people work in such an important profession.

I recommend this clinic. I use Dr. Szymczak's services and am impressed with his professionalism and patient-centered approach. Registration is smooth, and the staff are helpful and polite. I've never missed a call on a given day. The nursing staff also rises to the occasion. I recommend changing clinics to anyone who is dissatisfied.

The receptionists and the midwife from Ms. Ewa's office are the absolute worst among gynecologists! Humiliating, rude, and pathetic. I hope you ladies will return to treating patients this way. I hope women who need help will try to get a specialist and be treated this way. I suggest the clinic manager read the comments and draw your own conclusions! TRAGEDIC
