Scheduling an appointment with an ophthalmologist at a specific time is a FACT! The doctor's assistant sets the waiting list according to rules known only to him.... People scheduled for later hours get in faster than those with earlier appointments. (approximately 2 hours delay)

I do not recommend failure to go to an ophthalmologist, private visit for money, 2 hours of delay after the intervention, worse than in the emergency room

A complete disaster. The collection point is a disaster. A clear sign on the door says "Occupational Medicine, no queue," and then you have to wait until someone kindly accepts you. Only when you want to enter do you say "please wait." No one obeys the sign, and the line doesn't move at all. If you want to drop off samples, which only require a barcode, you have to wait who knows how long because, of course, no one will answer, just "please wait." You'll probably have to wait until 11 a.m. until the point closes. A complete disaster. This is my last time at this point!

It's very difficult to get through. I waited in line for a very long time. After half an hour, I heard some voices, and I suspect the receptionist, and the connection was disconnected (someone picked up the phone and hung up). A very unprofessional approach and a lack of respect for patients' time. One star because zero is not allowed.

I don't know who the people at the registration desk think they are, but they decide for themselves whether to book someone in or not! After one person cancels their appointment, they refuse to book another in their place, creating queues at doctors' offices! And people wait over six months for an appointment. Someone should take care of this. I'm reporting this to the higher-ups.
