I'm not a patient at this clinic, but my parents are. I wanted to say that I'm very grateful for the help the receptionists gave me during our difficult life situation. Today, I was reminded again how important empathy and a positive approach to an elderly person's difficulties are. Thank you.

After 25 years, the magic has worn off, and it's time to leave this clinic. To illustrate, if you want to see a doctor, you have to arrive before 8 a.m. and stand in line (just like in communist times). Then the doctor will tell you that you have a doctor's appointment for, say, 12 p.m., but what are those with, say, sciatica supposed to do??? WAIT, that's all they can do. 3 stars only because the staff, especially the treatment room staff, and the doctors are okay. However, the management and the board of directors are 0 stars. It's a shame to leave after so many years, but I don't have Stockholm Syndrome. There are good clinics in Tczew, and you don't have to wait, also with good doctors and even better management. Please don't be afraid of change and leave Medica. Best regards.

At this clinic, I regularly visit the gynecologist, Dr. Glinczewska. I recommend her 100%. She is not only an expert in her field but also a very empathetic and kind person, which makes the visit less stressful and takes place in a pleasant atmosphere. I wholeheartedly recommend her.

The clinic is supposedly open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., but the doctor only sees patients for 4-5 hours, either in the afternoon or morning. And if someone needs medical care, how can they get it when the hours are only specified...and the ones listed are 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.? There's some kind of miscommunication in Tczew. Even the pediatric clinic doesn't operate according to regular hours.
