I wholeheartedly want to praise the receptionists, who do the most work here and protect the image of the entire healthcare system. They are always kind, polite, patient, and helpful – even when a patient is upset, tired from illness, or calls repeatedly with the same question. Most importantly: the receptionists actually work. They don't sit around drinking coffee, gossiping, or distracting themselves; they constantly answer phones, check in with patients, explain, help, and find solutions. Their complete commitment and respect for others are evident. I've been to many clinics, including those in Łódź, and I can honestly say that the service here is much higher. There, you often feel like an intruder, but here, you feel like a patient genuinely wanted to be helped. Thanks to the receptionists, even contact with the public healthcare system can be normal, humane, and stress-free. Big applause and immense respect – I wish there were people like this everywhere.

The clinic is really starting to function better. The reception staff is polite and helpful. And the care provided by Dr. Monika Misińska and Dr. Anna Kapusta is top-notch. They are very empathetic, sensitive to their patients, inquisitive, and effective in selecting appropriate treatment. Thank you on behalf of myself and my family :)

I wholeheartedly recommend the Remedium clinic, especially the girls at the front desk. ❤️ Always smiling, friendly, and helpful – even on the busiest days, they find time to calmly explain everything and help. They make you feel cared for from the moment you walk in the door. I have so much respect for their patience, professionalism, and excellent approach to patients. People like them are a true asset to this clinic! 😊
